o Other construction services includes but limited to: textured ceiling, millwork installation, hanging of doors, cabinet installation, miscellaneous metal fabrication and steel erection, painting, staining, pressure washing, jet/hydro flushing of drainage systems, works with gutters, waterproofing membrane installation, plumbing, renovating, decking, fencing, roofing, framing, and flooring.
